What are the operating hours for Converge?
Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Friday).
How many meeting room does Converge have? How many cities is it Present in?
At present, Converge has over 91 meeting rooms spread across 13 centres, in 4 cities- Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.
Is there a restrication on how many people can be a part of my meeting?
Each meeting room comes with a set seating arrangement. Therefore, we request youto book a meeting room that best fits the number of guests you’re expecting. Additional chairs for guests exceeding the room's capacity will be charged extra.
Is smoking allowed on the Converge premises?
Smoking within COWRKS centres is strictly prohibited. However, there are dedicated smoking zones located throughout most extended campus areas.

How do I obtain Wi-Fi access to the COWRKS centres?
Wi-Fi access will be provided to you after signing onto Arrive (our Visitor Management System). The Community Team will assist you with the procedure.
Is parking included with your meeting room booking?
Currently, we do not provide car or bike parking spaces along with meeting room bookings. However, most of our centres are centrally located and have ample paid parking spaces available at close proximity.
How can you access the wireless presentation system in the meeting rooms?
You can access the display in our meeting rooms through the following methods:
- MirrorOp:
- Step 1: Download the MirrorOp app onto your computer or phone, by typing the URL displayed on the left-hand side of the WPS screen.
- Step 2: Input the IP address and Unique Code that are displayed on thetop right of the screen of the WPS screen into the specified fields on the app.
- Step 3: Click on Connect and you’re good to go.
- HDMI: You can also manually plug your HDMI compatible devices into the HDMI ports, if available.
Do Converge meeting rooms have any provisions for differently abled individuals?
Yes, we do! For any such requirements, do reach out to your Community team and they’ll do their very best to accommodate your needs.
How can you book a meeting room with converge?
How are the meeting room charges calculated?
We charge meeting rooms on an hourly basis. One can simply select the meeting room of their choice, pick the date and the number of hours needed, make the payment and the booking’s done.
How far in advance can you book your meeting room?
Meeting rooms can be blocked 1 hour prior to your intended booking time.
Is it possible for you to book multiple meeting rooms in a single booking?
As of now, only one meeting room can be reserved per booking. If you wish to book multiple meeting rooms, you can do so via multiple individual bookings.
Are cancellations allowed? Do you get a refund on cancellation?
Cancellations are not allowed after a booking has been made successfully. Refunds are not permitted.
Is it possible to reschedule a booking?
At present, rescheduling is not possible. However, you can connect with our dedicated Customer Support Team at

* You can extend the duration of your meeting room booking by making another oneon the Converge website. Alternatively, if you decide to extend your booking at thecentre itself, you may do so by making a cash payment at the Front Desk prior to the extension.
* Rooms are subject to availability.
Is there anything you need to carry before arriving at the centre?
Kindly ensure to carry your PAN Card as mandatory KYC will be done using this government-issued document, before letting anyone enter the premises. To make the overall experience smoother, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking.
How will you know if your booking is successful or not?
You will receive a booking confirmation email once you've successfully completed the booking process.
What are the payment options available?
Our payment gateway supports Debit/Credit Cards, Online Net Banking, UPI transactions and E-Wallets.
Is it possible to book a meeting room for another person or party using your credentials?
A booking can be made for another person or party using your own login credentials. However, upon arrival, mandatory KYC through PAN card will be done for verification before letting anyone utilise the premises.
Can I have meals while conducting a meeting?
Yes, indeed! You can plan your meal ahead by selecting from our range of premiumgourmet food & beverages while making your meeting room booking.
Note: Meals have to be booked 24 hours in advance. They cannot be cancelled ormodified after placing the order.
Can I book meals for my guests?
Absolutely! Simply choose from our extensive range of premium gourmet food & beverages and place your order for the number of guests attending your meeting.
Wondering who prepares our meals?
All our meals are prepared by a carefully-chosen eternal vendor. In case you have special dietary needs or instructions, kindly ensure to state them while placing your meal order.
How many people can your event spaces accommodate?
Most of our event spaces can accommodate anywhere between 30 - 400 people, basis the location and the centre. To find out the exact numbers, please fill the query form and someone from our team will reach out to you with the relevant information.
What are the specifications of the Audio/Video and Tech setup?
All our event spaces come with a state-of-the-art projector and projector screen, ClickShare system for wireless presentation and thunderbolt converter adaptors. Microphones vary between 3 - 5, from centre to centre.
Are F&B (Food & Beverage) options available throughout the day?
All our meals are prepared by a carefully-chosen eternal vendor. In case you have special dietary needs or instructions, kindly ensure to state them while placing your meal order.
Is it mandatory to choose F&B options from COWRKS?
It is not mandatory to choose F&B options from COWRKS. However, we highly recommend you check out our range of premium gourmet food & beverages before making the final decision.
Will serving dishes and other cutlery be provided by COWRKS?
Yes, COWRKS is equipped to provide cutlery and serving dishes.
Is parking available for all the event attendees?
Currently, we do not provide car or bike parking spaces for event attendees. However, most of our centres are centrally located and have ample paid parking spaces available at close proximity.
Can COWRKS provide LED backdrops, elevated stage, videography/photography and other production support for events?
We have tie-ups with multiple event partners who can provide support with production setup requirements.
What is the general speed of the internet at COWRKS?
Our primary internet connection runs at 155mbps, while our secondary internet connection has the capacity to run at 100mbps.
Do we have provisions for creating a separate SSID for our events?
Yes, we do have provisions for creating separate SSID's for events that require better Wi-Fi support. For assistance, an IT engineer will be present at the venue during the event.
Do we get a refund if the event space is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, we levy a 20% cancellation charge. If the event is cancelled within the last 48 hours, we levy a 50% cancellation charge. If the event is cancelled within the last 24 hours, 100% cancellation charges apply.
Can COWRKS assist in procuring a liquor license for the event?
Yes, we can. However, we will require prior notice of 3 weeks.
What documents do we require for billing?
In case an individual books a space with us, we would require his/her PAN and Aadhar card details. - In case a registered company books a space with us, we would require their Company PAN, GST certificate, incorporation certificate, billing name and their registered address, along with the contact details of the event SPOC. - In case of internationally registered companies, we would require passport scans of attending foreign nationals, incorporation certificate, billing name and registered address, along with the contact details of the local SPOC and his/her government-issued ID.
What are the payment terms?
With respect to payment, 50% needs to be paid in advance during confirmation and the rest has to be cleared 24 hours prior to the event.
Is there an MOU that needs to be signed?
Yes, we have a standard MOU in place that needs to be signed before the event.
